Our company name and logo are currently being used without authorisation by fraudsters, particularly those based in France. Fake websites are circulating under the following addresses:

- impact-am.gestion-espace.com
Fraudsters are making calls under false pretences (‘phishing calls’), pretending to be employees of our company and attempting to obtain confidential data or payments.
We would like to make it clear that:
- Impact Asset Management GmbH has no registered office or branch in France.
- Impact Asset Management GmbH acts exclusively as a delegated fund manager, not as a distributor selling shares in financial instruments. Any claim to the contrary is false and may indicate fraudulent intent.
Important information:
- We never request account details, PINs, TANs or money transfers by email or telephone.
- Genuine email addresses for our institution end exclusively with @erste-iam.com.
