The goal of closer collaboration is to specifically leverage synergies in the areas of ESG, investment know-how, and IT systems. With her extensive experience in operational areas of EAM, Magdalena Ujwary will take on responsibility for risk, legal and compliance, as well as organization at IAM. Her current role as Head of Operations at Erste Asset Management remains unaffected.
The management team of IAM now consists of Günther Kastner (CIO, business and product development, HR), Daniel Feix (sales, marketing), Magdalena Ujwary, and Thomas Kerle (IT, finance).
